- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI/BEIJING, we are looking for a Marketing Manager

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for all marketing internal/external communication activities and serves as a senior level marketing manager to support strategic PR activities.

- Includes responsibilities in several areas of marketing including Public Relations, Industry marketing, social media, advertising, marketing communications, media relationship etc

- Works with executives to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive marketing strategies and plans.

- Operates with limited supervision.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Major in undergraduate degree in business, marketing preferred

- At least 7+ years in marketing or PR industry in IT industry (software industry preferred)

- Excellent command of Chinese and English (in written and verbal)

- Must have demonstrate their idea clearly and logically

- Must have Media management experience

- Confident to lead PR agency

- Should be able to visualize strategic PR initiatives to higher level of reputation

- Strong and demonstrated analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills

- Regional marketing experience working together Sales team

- Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels inside Siemens PLM and the industry

- Ability to travel both domestically in China and internationally

- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint& Excel

- Strong business acumen

- Customer oriented and teamwork based character

- Strong alignment with Sales team, Product manager and different echo system

- Media marketing and management experience preferred

- High energy, result driven, aggressive, persistent, patient and attention to details.

- Highly motivated individual with desire to learn quickly and adopt new trend and to develop new idea

- Confidently manage PR agency and guide them for strategic PR activity.
