- From our GSS AFS Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Manager.

Our Mission of function:

- Providing accurate and timely tax accounting and tax compliance services in line with company regulations / guidelines and tax laws / regulations.

What are my responsibilities?
- Tax registers updating
- Process out put Invoice application, purchase, issuance and administration (restricted due to tax regulation)
- Process input VAT invoice verification in tax declaration system
- Process regular tax compliance including tax calculation, tax booking posting, tax declaration, tax payment, including VAT,BT,CIT,stamp duty, property tax, withholding tax, other tax surcharges
- Tax reconciliation report
- Taxation reports including important reports for LEAD
- Apply for export tax refund
- Apply for tax payment or exemption certificate with in charge tax bureaus for foreign currency payment purpose
- Annual CIT filling, RP filling
- Assistance in tax authority's audit / Assistance in EY's audit / Assistance in tax audit on property loss
- Tax documents archiving
- Communication /Clarification/Coordination external with customers(end user, SLC governance, local tax authorities), internal with GSS other service line
- Coach & coordination for tax handling
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader
- To re-check and approve tax accrue and tax payment transactions as well as tax filings, make sure the tax payments are 100% correct as well as tax reports;ensure that tax -compliance processes have to be in line with the state and local tax laws
- To be sure that tax related accounts are correctly done reconciliations.
- Training staff; initiate and improve related processes
- Assistance in new regulation implement
- Trouble shooting

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirements:
- All SL in-depth knowledge
- People Management incl Customers
- Process & project Management
- Excellent communication skill
- Cross functional exposure
- Quality Management
- Typically above 7 years experience in relevant tax compliance area
- Tax specialist education and tax compliance experience preferred
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
