- From our GSS AFS AP Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Senior AP Accountant.
- Our Mission of function: providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with company regulations and guidelines.

What are my responsibilities?
- Checking and invoice verification
- Checking and posting for deposit without PO (e.g. bidding, etc)
- Duty and freight
- Block and unblock invoices
- Account clearing - auto and manual
- Vendor balance confirmation
- Purpose payment run/list to 3rd party vendors
- Customer communication & Clarification
- Issue resolving within Team
- Review AP ageing open items
- Monitor backlog of unposted invoice
- Overall End-to-end AP process review
- Posting payment vouchers in SAP

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirements:
Profess. Knowledge:
- Accounting priciple of liability (IFRS) & Finance in Siements
- China Foreign exchange regulation
- China fapiao regulation
- SVAT regulation
- P2P overall process
- SOA requirement
- PRC GAAP/ Local Tax Regulation.
- Technologies: SAP Vendor Account\ FI Account \ MM function

- MS office
- Methodologies: Support kinds of project related operation part
- Communication skills.
