职位描述：
* 设计、开发和测试新产品；
* 建立和维护产品数据；
* 依据需要绘制客户图纸；
* 通过技术优化,帮助客户降低成本；
* 定期拜访客户并给予客户技术支持；
* 组织样件确认流程；
* 在组件国产化过程中给予技术支持；
* 配合德国总部的工作需求；
* 研究技术发展趋势并在实施前提供给管理层；
* 管理和协调公司的项目工作；
* 完成产品经理交给的其他任务。
Job Description:
* To design, develop and test new product;
* To build and maintain mast data of product ;
* To create customer drawing when needed;
* To help customer reduce the cost through technical optimization;
* To visit customer to support customer in terms of technical issue;
* To conduct OTS release process;
* To provide technical support in component localization;
* To cooperate the work with MD Germany;
* To research the technical trend and report to Management for pre-action;
* To manage and coordinate projects of MD China;
* To implement other tasks required by Head of Product Engineering.
任职要求：
* 本科以上学历、工程类专业，自动化、机电一体化、机械工程、电子电器专业优先；
* 3~4年相关工作经验,熟悉汽车线束行业优先考虑；
* 英语熟练；
* 有工程制图软件（如AutoCAD、Solid Works、Catia）应用经验；
* 踏实勤奋、细致认真；逻辑思维能力强；有很强的动手能力；坚持原则、但能听取不同意见；思路开阔。
Candidate requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, automation, mechanical and electrical integration, mechanical engineering, electronic and electrical is preferred;
* 3~4 years' related working experience，Familiar with automotive wiring harness is preferred;
* Proficiency in English;
* Familiar with drawing software (such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Catia ) ;
* Diligent, careful and meticulous; logical thinking ability; have a strong practical ability; adhere to the principle, but to listen to different opinions; open minded.
