Level 6 Manager Supply Chain
The Supply Chain Fulfillment Experience Manager will be the leader of the team who owns drive better fulfillment experience in China. He/she will set up strategy and roadmap for optimizing and improving customer fulfillment experience with main focus on Promise, Availability, and Fulfillment Network Optimization. He/she will be data driven and suggest customer experience improvement in Supply Chain area. This position will also work with other team members in Supply Chain organization, fulfillment centers, Global IT, and Retail to drive initiatives which led to faster, accurate promise and improved fulfilment with minimal exceptions and optimal cost.

This position will be responsible for:
- Set up strategy for improving customer experience and optimizing fulfillment cost
- Continuously improve Supply Chain customer experience metrics
- Design and manage fulfillment parameters that lead to the best customer experience
- Monitor fulfillment exception and take actions to minimize the level of exceptions in the CN Amazon fulfillment network
- Coordinate between Supply Chain team, Global IT, Retail, and Fulfillment Centers to investigate the issues leading to bad customer experience and lead the team to resolve the problem
- Conceptualize and lead projects to improve customer experience
- Lead complex ad-hoc supply chain fulfillment experience analysis

Basic Qualifications:
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus
- Strong verbal and written English and Chinese
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain planning, inventory planning, material, computing science or planning
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues
- Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in statistics, management science, business administration, computer science, or engineering.
