Overview:
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Assistant Operations Manager position.

Responsibilities:
- Closely work with community team to ensure the execution and compliance of policies and guidelines conducted by operation team.
- Actively identify issues raised from hubs and resolve or escalate them in an orderly and timely manner.
- Precisely monitor sales records across all hubs in mainland China in coordination with technology, sales and finance teams to support business performance review.
- Implement hub lifecycle performance analysis under guidance to optimize operation of existing hubs and provide suggestions on future project development.
- Need-based support to deal with various landlords, contractors and vendors.
- Ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor when needed.

Requirements：
- Knowledge of works in community team in naked Hub is necessary;
- 2-3 years working experience in service or operation sector, data analysis experience would be a plus;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English is a must;
- Bachelor degree, overseas experience would be a plus; 举报 分享
