职位描述:
工作职责
(1)配合销售及各部门完成内部工作沟通及流程。
具体内容:项目的合同,发票,发货,回款,外包,采购,付款,盖章等流程申请及协调沟通。销售人员的出差申请,发票报销 ,工作琐碎事宜协调。
(2)合同条款分析,合同执行的内外沟通联络。
具体内容:合同条款编写,合同排版检查,合同条款分析,合同执行期间的内外沟通协。
(3)建立完整的部门相关记录文件,确保可追溯性。
具体内容:完善保存公司项目信息,项目资料,客户信息及项目相关资源,可方便快捷查找使用及可追溯性。
(4)配合客户接待、项目售前售后支持。
具体内容:客户接待,准备企业宣传资料,了解售前客户需求及售后发货,培训事宜。与销售一起客户拜访,了解并记录客户需求等问题。
(5)项目招投标事物。
具体内容:与行业相关的公告搜索、审阅是否符合公司资质要求及业务内容,确定投标项目的报名、保证金交纳 、投标书内容编辑、排版调整、安排打印盖章 、封装与要求携带资质原件准备,同销售现场投标、投标后期中标,保证金等办理。
(6)配合完成领导布置任务。
职位要求:
1、24-30周岁以下,形象气质好,管理相关专业本科以上学历; 如无工作经验,考虑有留学经验应届生
2、有一年以上经理助理相关工作经验,精通英语,工作中交流无障碍。
3、擅长文案制定、流程分析改进、细节管控、数据统计,熟悉相关部门各项工作流程,能较好地与各部门进行工作配合,能及时发现问题和解决问题。
4、工作细致认真,谨慎细心,责任心强,有工作激情;
5、良好的团队协作精神,为人诚实可靠、品行端正;
6、工作有条理性、逻辑性,良好的职业素养和职业操守;
7、熟悉常用办公软件(word、excel、ppt),具有一定的文字功底;
8、具有很强的判断与决策能力,计划和执行能力;
9、能承受较大工作压力,善于学习;
10、做事踏实细心、严谨自律、有条理性,具有极强的责任心和敬业精神;

Provide high level secretarial and administrative support for General Management, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of company's operations, procedures, and people. Facilitate smooth communications between GM and other managers and employees; and between GM and external parties such as media,
Manage the GMs' appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time.
Efficient administration of daily work in GM, e.g. GMs' signature management, company chop management, GM office admin., visitor reception, written/verbal translation, etc.
Gather, compile, verify and analyse information for the GMs to use in the documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
Understand and comply to all policies, regulations and guidelines of SSLS. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the GMs' records and files.
Provide professional support to Business meeting.
Plan, organise and schedule own workload so that the following activities are completed accurately and on time.
- preparing company level circular / announcement;
- preparing documents and presentation materials;
- screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquires, and phone calls;
- drafting letters and official information releases;
- arranging and attending meetings;
- taking and distributing minutes;
Facilitate smooth communications between GM and all internal / external parties. Support GMO in internal communication (e.g. company town-hall meeting, company letter box, company newsletter, company intranet and etc.
Coordination of important company events
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
Perform other GM assigned tasks / responsibilities
3-5 years professional experience in administration management.
Working experiences in multination company is preferred.
Bachelor degree or above
English (Excellent Speaking / Writing skills)
MS Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
General understanding of Siemens Products and Markets
Knowledge of MS products will be value added
Knowledge of Financing / project commercial will be value added
