Job Description,
·Monitor and manage product launches and promotion
·Develop strategies and programs for symposia at medical conferences
·Participate on-going product training for sales team and sub-dealers
·Collaborate and support the sales strategic plan with RMs
·Plan and execute product launch activities
·Identify and execute strategies to support assigned product families and increase market share
·Actively participate in the education of the sales team
·Develop and maintain valuable physician relationships/clinical partnerships
·Regularly monitor the financial health of assigned product family
·Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels within assigned regions
·Monitor post market product performance and feedback (e.g., product complaints) and ensure that appropriate actions are taken
·Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge (Cook and Boston) for assigned family/region
·Develop and maintain thorough clinical and procedural knowledge
·Participate in clinical meetings and conferences
·Monitor the overall financial performance (P/L) of the product line
·Have a sound understanding of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements
Requirements,
·Degree in Medical
·At least 3 years total working experience in urology products with a minimum of 2 years in product management
·Polished communication and presentation skills
·Demonstrated experience compiling and synthesizing market and competitor data from a variety of sources
·Experience with complex product and market analyses
·Demonstrated product and clinical knowledge
·Experience interacting with physicians/users
·Demonstrated experience driving projects within a matrix organization
·Demonstrated knowledge of the sales process and the general principles of marketing
·Working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
·Proficient in English
·Works under general office environmental conditions.
·Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.
·Significant travel (including weekends) required
·Maintain professional conduct at all times
·Maintain confidentiality at all times
