- From our Drive Technologies Division, Siemens are looking to recruit a Converter Hardware Engineer (变频器硬件工程师) at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Research and development on converter drive products
变频驱动产品的研究和开发
2. To work out knowledge documents，provide technical support for products, service, manufacture and supplier

总结和创建相关的技术文档，为产品、服务、生产和供应提供技术支持
3. Good sense of teamwork, excellent service attitude and willing to help

4. Hard-working , flexible in travelling.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Familiar with the converter hardware architecture and its design method
熟悉变频器硬件结构及其设计方法；
2. Can be overall responsible for the inverter main circuit design, structural design and inverter hardware board (such as driver board, power board, etc.)design
能总体负责变频器的主电路设计，结构设计及变频器硬件电路板（如驱动板，电源板等）设计；
3. Familiar with the drive hardware reliability, design, familiar with EMC, safety and regulatory requirements
熟悉变频器硬件可靠性设计，熟悉EMC，安规要求；
4. Embedded micro-controller and real time system design and debug
嵌入式微处理器的数字电路系统及实时控制系统的电路设计和调试
5. Familiar with the inverter assembly process
熟悉变频器的装配工艺；
6. Converter hardware debugging experience (such as IGBT driven board, power board, etc)
具有丰富的变频器硬件调试经验（如IGBT驱动板，电源板等）；
7. The actual success of the inverter and project experience
有实际成功的变频器项目经验。
8. Familiar with theNX CAD/CAE, ELCAD and ANSYS Simplorer , electric circuit model and digital thermal simulation, and algorithms and motor model simulation
熟悉掌握NX CAD/CAE, ELCAD, ANSYS Simplorer, 能进行电路及热循环冷却模型仿真，能用ANSYS Simplorer进行算法和电机模型仿真
9. With more than 3 years experience of front-line technical and R & D work and engineering experience (research ,designing, programming, installation, commissioning) on medium voltage and low voltage converter, and electric drive and Automation, part of the core backbone, non-managerial
3年以上的中压及低压变频器实际研发经验和电气传动及自动化控制系统设计开发经验，属于核心技术人员骨干，非管理层
10. Understand UL and CE approvals requirements.
了解UL和CE认证的要求
11. Master diploma or above and majoring in electric drive and Automation
研究生及以上学历，电气传动及自动化专业
12. Good command of writing, speaking and reading English.
好的英文听,说,读,写能力
13. Summarize and documentation ability
好的知识总结及技术文档创建能力
