- For our Energy Sector in Shanghai we are looking for a Team Assistant at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Tasks as team assistant to central functions BU APAC:
- Handle phone calls, messages, incoming and outgoing mail - act as communication interface
- Arrange meetings/appointments, keep Outlook up to date
- Support in tasks where Chinese language skills are needed
- Air tickets and hotel bookings and reservations
- Prepare travel and normal expense claims and check expense claims
- Visa arrangement for colleagues for business trips abroad and also Overseas colleagues to China
- Responsible for ordering office equipment and stationary
- Plan and organize team events
- To register, distribute and file internal and external correspondence/documentation accordingly
- Supporting new employee's on board, etc.. Applying new computer, business card….
- Handling of Recruiting/preparation of interview days, focus on Candidates' logistic arrangement and reimbursement, e.g. flight, hotel, taxi, etc
- Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Good organization and communication skills internally and externally, Experience in Secretary/Assistant area, Very strong organization and communication skills.
- Good intercultural communication skills with foreigners
- Self-driven, can work independently. Can work under sometimes stressful conditions. Good team player.
- Daily interaction with Chinese, English and other cultures.
- Able to work in a multinational environment
- Siemens experience preferred
