What are my responsibilities?
- Provide business administration services to regional branches, corporate departments to ensure smooth business process and sound internal control environment.
- Billing preparation and execution according to Siemens Finance Reporting Guideline and the company financial closing timetable, coordination with service providers and internal customers on the related topics.
- Monthly reporting for the assigned SLC corporate departments and service providers, include the preliminary analysis, e,g. monthly cost center report, KPIs report, BVIs report, etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- For this position in Finance and accounting function with data integrity responsibility, you need contact with corporate departments, business groups, GSS shared services, 3rd parties (vendor or customer) and some contacts to SAG headquarter. Your skill set will have to include the following capabilities:
- English language capability on reading / writing / speaking.
- Finance and accounting knowledge.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
- Fresh graduate without working experience can be considered, experience in multinational company finance and accounting function would be a plus.

- GSS (Global Shared Service) is a Siemens department aiming at providing professional service to Siemens legal entities in cluster NEA region.
- GSS BA Service Hub has been established since May, 2011. We are not only responsible for corporate department billing and reporting tasks but also providing business administration services to regional branches, corporate departments. In the past one year, we have worked closely with related departments and successfully delivered services to our customers with good quality and efficiency via process optimization and automation.
