What are my responsibilities?

- Within the scope of relevant policy, be responsible to maintain in Baan and VAT invoicing systems and posting invoices to ensure correctly and timely making out and posting invoices, operate parts of orders, and provide relevant tax reports.

在公司相关政策范围内，负责处理客户订单，发票系统维护及发票邮寄，确保发票的正确及时开具与寄出。负责数据及时准确输入MRP系统。

1．Be responsible to print out the domestic sales invoice and VAT invoice in Baan system, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness;

负责打印BAAN系统内销发票及税控发票打印，确保数据准确性与及时性;

2.Be responsible to maintain the VAT invoicing system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, including VAT invoicing printing, date backup; check with Baan system every week to ensure the consistency of invoice date between two systems;

负责税控发票系统维护，确保数据准确性与及时性，包括税控发票打印、数据备份；每周与BAAN系统核对，确保两系统发票数据一致；

3.Catalog and clean up the invoice counterfoil, and cooperate with Audit;

发票存根的归档和整理及配合审计工作;

4.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

主管交代的其他事宜.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting or relative fields;

财务或相关专业本科学历；

2.At least 1 year working experience;

1年以上财务或商务相关工作经验；

3.Have a good command of computer application;

熟悉计算机操作;

4.Good communication skills and ability to analyse and solve problem.

具有良好的沟通能力及相关分析、解决问题的能力。
