职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

-The Project Leader-Production (PL-P) supports Development in designing products that are optimized for compatibility with manufacturing (costs, quality, and technology).

-Drive to achieve excellent result of new project phase in as the leader of production, in terms of schedule, quality, and cost

-Provide good support to PL and PM before M300 to make our product more competitive

-Support the localization of material to lower down the cost and shorten the lead-time

-Keep momentum of Continuous improvement through lesson learn and benchmarking

-Take leading as PL in transfer project from other company


Job requirements:

-Basic experiences in Electronics manufacturing process, including SMT, Wave solder, manual insertion, assembly, IPC, etc
-Can communicate with foreigner freely, basic understanding of differences in terms of culture, custom, tradition between Asia and Europe.
-Excellence ability for Excel, PPT. Good ability for Project 2003.
