3. 诚实肯吃苦，踏实勤奋，工作态度认真肯干，有团队精神；
4. 熟练掌握电脑操作，Windows
工作职责：
1. 配合总部完成各保险公司再保险账单（比例、非比例，纯益手续费摊回）的确认工作；
2. 协助跟进赔案的处理、赔案资料的翻译以及摊回赔款；
3. 监控各保险公司、再保人保费支付状况；
4. 其他领导安排的工作。
