职位描述：

1、 完成日常测试仪器的使用、维护、保养；

2、 在与合成研发人员充分沟通、交流、探讨的基础上，完成相应样品的测试分析报告；

3、 在为合成研发人员提供测试服务的基础上，能够主动开发或优化相应的测试手段与方法；

4、 根据国际、国内行业法规的修订，根据集团新产品的推出，研究开发新的测试平台和评价方法；

5、 常规化学分析方法在特种研究领域的应用与方法开发；

6、 完成上级下达的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1、 开朗，善于沟通与交流，富有团队合作精神；

2、 知名大学分析化学专业、有机化学专业、高分子化学专业、材料化学专业硕士毕业；

3、 具有测试仪器如GPC、HPLC、GC-MS、LC-MS、TGA、DSC、DMA、FT-IR、NMR、AAS、UV-Vis的操作和维护经验者优先；

4、 具有轮胎橡胶企业或知名检测机构工作经验者优先，并可放宽学历要求；

5、 英语六级通过，掌握通用化学软件与数据分析处理软件的使用；

6、 大学本科学历者，需有三年以上相关工作经验。

As a member of Red Avenue Group, Red Avenue Innova Co., Ltd（RA R&D Center) was established in October 2006 and is located in Beijing Economic Technological Development Area with floor area of 6,000 square meters. It is a specialized R&D Center that combines world-class multi-disciplinary research team and advanced testing equipments, and is a hub engaging in the development of new materials based on rubber, plastic and petroleum, especially research of functional new materials, as well as the consequent property testing and application. We are capable of undertaking research, application testing and study of new functional materials used in the tire industry.The Center is also an important platform for Red Avenue Group to serve its customers and exchange information with them.
Further more we have set up a scientific total analysis platform for tire base on rigorous research methods and advanced testing equipments. According to the customer-oriented interest points, we can provide total analysis report of target tire to our customers based on their practical needs.
