What are my responsibilities?
- Assisting department with bidding support, order handling, marketing and communication
- Giving administrative support to VAS sales team, including organizing meeting affairs, arranging travel matters, keeping office equipments running smoothly, resolving various problems, etc.
- Collecting market data, project info and other statistics maintaining
- Support communication with factories and other department
- Collecting DT market data
- Other tasks assigned by SGM.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Proficient in Spoken & Written English, available to communicate with foreign customers on business
- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks
- Proficient in Spoken & Written English
- Proactive and self-driven
