职位描述
Section: Sourcing
Report to: Senior Management
Subordinate: Sourcing Buyer/Assistant Manager
Position Summary: Manage the team to ensure sourcing activities are complied to company policy and carried out effectively and efficiently;
Job Responsibilities:
1.To manage Sourcing staff to proceed all of price and lead time matters
2.Update all supplier contracts and ensure the contract is in proper position
3.Manpower planning and budgetary preparation
4.Review the dept. objectives and monitor the progress
5.Setup sourcing system to fulfill company policy
6.To help Sourcing buyer to resolve all the problem
7.To monitor and ensure the supplier selection accuracy
8.To set the departmental objectives, strategic and monitor the progress
9.To share real time information and market trend with internal and external dept.
10.To build long term partnership with suppliers and customers
11.To ensure Sourcing staff grows professionally through T&D
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree of above in Electronics Engineering-graduate
2.At least 8 years solid experience in Sourcing and Purchasing of Electronics components of industrial and consumer products.
3.Good negotiation & communication skills and tactful in global and local suppliers management;
4.Sensitive to market price and trend;
5.Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
6.Have the knowledge of TS16949,SPC,ISO9000
7.Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
