职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead shop floor people achieve production safety, quality, output and cost objectives.
Responsible for shift people discipline and daily management.
Push golden eagle activity execution to support excellent line performance.
Responsible for DLs certification and talent development.
According shift competition result to take action to support excellent line performance.
Work with related function (HR, QA, PEM, SHE, SCM and so on) to achieve plant target.
Lead shift ERT team, do emergency event response and summary the opportunity.
Lead production event investigation(like safety issue, quality issue and MO case) and take prevent actions;
Continue improvement team work and PWE.

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree above, major in Industry Engineering or other engineering related
5+ years work experience at least
3+ years supervisor experience.

Required Skills
Knowledge of ISO management system
Habit of PCPD, 5S, Change management
Familiar with Microsoft Office and PC skill
Good team work and ownership.
Good English level on writing, reading, listening and speaking.
Good leadership skill.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding
Skillful in operation activity

Soft Skills
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
