职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare A/R collection and offset entries in J.D.Edward (JDE) system;
2. Prepare O/R entries in JDE system and offer O/R management;
3. Responsible for A/P application document review and bookkeeping in JDE system, ;
4. Responsible for payment records review in e-banking system, ensure the timely payment and company policy compliance.
5. Review the daily reimbursement from employees and provide feedback to employees.
6. Support intercompany/ A/R/AP/OR reconciliation;
7. Prepare monthly account reconciliation for A/R and O/R accounts;
8. Prepare AR/AP aging analysis and DSO/DPO for management’s review;
9. Support A/R collection and follow up collection issues;
10. Assist in internal and external audit and AR/AP process improvement;
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Collage degree or above in Finance / Accounting;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting area and at least 2 year for A/R;
3. Good command of English, especially in written;
4. Strong practical experience in MS office software;
5. Can take reasonable pressure and is a good team player;
