Job Description:
The key role of this assignment is that of an individual contributor who is an expert in Wear Parts and Service Sales (Undercarriage and GET). Individuals demonstrate creativity, foresight, business judgment and outstanding product application or marketing/distribution knowledge along with the sensitivity to customer financial impact. Incumbents are gaining knowledge, recognition and expertise to influence market requirements, trends and regulations.
Continuing to develop applications experience, life cycle cost knowledge of dealers’ and customers’ application, industry and marketplace needs. Provides consulting and project services covering NPI, market and distribution needs to stimulate breakthrough solutions that would help in market leadership. Works along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division. Incumbents are beginning to gain experience in providing direction for future product; distribution and industry needs.
Position works independently with considerable freedom of action and is broadly subject to functional policies and ultimate goals.
Requirements:
? College degree in Business; Marketing and/or; Engineering
? 5 years or more with experience in Product Support; Parts and/or Service Marketing
? 5 years or more working with Undercarriage and/or GET parts and/or service
? Experience with Marketing Communications and Planning
? Experience with Project Management and Analytical skills a +
? Experience working with Caterpillar dealers and/or customers
? Understanding of Wear components and how they work
? Language skills: fluent in English, Chinese a +
