? Drive cross function communications with sales and marketing teams to deliver market de-mand plan
? Historical market performance analysis and data base set up
? Gain insight of market sales performance, seasonal profiles
? Ad hoc analysis and reports
? S&OP process participation and supports, incl. DRM material, meeting, etc
? Forecast allocation, APO input into SAP and communication with customer service and dair-ies to ensure demand planning in place
? Back up and support each other between demand planners
? Suggest and make continuous improvement on planning and stock management covering process, WOW, as well as whole supply chain
Competencies：
Functional competencies:
? Education at university level or above, preferred within Supply Chain management or similar
? 3-5 years of experiences within planning
General competencies:
? Good command of English in both written and oral communications
? Multi-cultural agility
? IT skills (mail/calendar, office, Internet/Intranet, Excel)
? Leadership (build positive relation, commitment, decisive, etc.)
? Proactive attitude and can take the lead
