1) Specification create, maintain and updates
2) Flow chart, descending list, test report format
3) Ingredients compliance evaluation
4) New products technical support: processing, ingredients, labelling, nutrition calculation, claims, test parameters, specifications, test report template etc.
5) Clarifications, technical understanding
6) Other information/communication to DK team/China team
？ Label approval
1) Overall label approval for the product
2) Prepare the proof document for label content
3) Judgement on the claims and give suggest Marketing for claims/selling units
4) Communicate with customers on label contents
5) Training to marketing/sales on the label compliance requirement
？ Regulatory compliance on importing and per customer’s quiry
1) Flow chart, HACCP plan
2) Descending list
3) Test format (short and long version) communicate with dairy/QEHS
4) Ingredients compliance evaluation (name, dosage and scope)
5) Communication with global relevant department
6) Supply the supplier audit/questionnaire by customer
？ Organic certification
1) Daily communication with COFCC
2) Documents preparation
3) Testing, inspection support
4) Trading certificates and organic codes purchasing
5) Payment for organic projects and all other relevant payments
6) Organic projects application
？ Other relevant projects
