HIG (Hella International Group) 国际管培生是一个为期18个月的轮岗项目，旨在培养海拉中国未来的技术骨干力量和管理者。在项目周期内，HIG国际管培生将至少在三个业务部门进行轮岗，并且有机会去德国轮岗三个月。海拉将通过为管培生设置不同的岗位任务和配备专业导师，以及安排参加丰富的培训课程，使管培生的核心能力得到发展、多样化的工作经验得以积累，为其在海拉中国的成功职业生涯做充分准备。

Job Title: Management Trainee – MEA

Business Group: Hella Global Lighting

Location: JiaXing

Job Responsibility

Draft
and update working instruction of the assembly lines for different working
stations
Draft
specification for assembly working stations and design release accordingly
Manage
assembly line initial acceptance at supplier side and final acceptance at plant
Project
management from design phase to final acceptance of the assembly lines and
follow up till SOP
Develop
assembly technic incl. sensor and actuator, welding, robot, EOT, etc.
Apply
Industry 4.0 to assembly lines

Job Requirement

Graduated
in Engineering or related majors
Good
communication and learning skills
Good
at written and verbal English
Knowledge
and enthusiasm in the area of automotive industry
Master
Degree or above
