Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through a variety of means, such as database-searching, networking and headhunting;
- Build up a quality candidate pool
- Make update calls to build up relationship and rapport with candidates / clients
- Interview potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications to meet client’s requirements
- Write search proposals and candidate reports using company standard formats
- Support colleagues to Pick up job leads, referrals
- select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview
Key Requirements:
University graduates, who are,
- Ambitious to progress
- Passionate to recruitment
- Energetic to make things happen
- Hungry for money
- Good English and cold calling skill
- Able to work under pressure, hit KPIs and meet deadlines
- Able to work at least 3 days a week
