- Supervising and coordinating the prodution planning with regards to capacities at plants, and demand from both APAC and Americas/EMEA regions, respoonsible for planning systems: Gateways, load plans, change request, management reporting etc.
- Load planning and demand management for SCM region APAC. Supervising and coordinating the prodution planning with regards to capacities at plants, and demand from both APAC and Americas/EMEA regions.
- Operational and strategic load plan planning on 0-3 year horizon. Reporting to head of SCM APAC. Department setup and development, leading team of 2-3 people.
- Regional management, regional production planners, regional sales planners, segment global planners,
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in green-field operation startup
- Experience in strategic Supply Chain Planning
- Experience in operational Supply Chain Planning
- Experienced working within international/ crossfunctional/ multicultural setting
- Experience with mentoring/ coaching
- Collaboration with international teams
- Good communication skills in writing and verbally
