Description/Definition
Summary:
- Ensure a technical and economical success of turbine projects in accordance with the project specific target agreement. Responsible for the execution of sales contracts for manufacturing, delivery, commissioning and hand over to clients. Contract implementation must be within the agreed budget, contract conditions and time frame.

Responsibilities:
- Hold responsibility for Project Management of sales projects.
- Overall responsible for budget, time schedule and quality of the project.
- Tender and contracting process with subcontractors. Management of subcontractors.
- Assist in preparation of complex project tenders.
- Assist in negotiation of sales projects.
- Planning and execution of site logistics.
- Inspect potential turbine installation sites and access conditions.
- Start up projects, follow up and monitor the projects and reporting to management of project status
- Manage and coach the employees assigned to the project.
- Evaluate on projects in order to share lessons learned with the rest of the Project Department and the organization
- Ensuring targeted and full communication within the project team and to all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct own work in compliance with national and international legislation.
- Report on EHS issues and incidents wherever and whenever occurring.
- Conduct own work in accordance with these.
- React on / report on deviations from implemented and valid procedures, instructions and documents.
- React on / report on observed nonconformities and deviations from written procedures, instructions and guidelines.
- Actively contribute to environmental protecting activities, e.g. responsible handling of waste and substances.
- Implement the HSE Program, as defined by federal, state, and local regulations and company procedures, within their project.
- Ensure the safe completion of all projects and activities under their control.
- Establish, through personal example, an environment for the performance of work that exceeds the minimum Local (country) specific and internal Environment, Health and Safety and requirements.
- Be informed of Environment, Health and Safety issues at their project site (accidents, injuries, near misses, unsafe acts / conditions, etc.).
- Ensure the correction of Environment, Health and Safety deficiencies at their project site.
- Ensure a review and investigation of all accidents involving their Project site, (including first aid injuries) to determine causes and corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.
- The employee is obligated to keep him- or herself informed of and follow the agreed health, safety and environmental procedures as well as the overall customer HSE plan. This includes following safety procedures, waste sorting and handling of chemicals in the work area. The employee is obligated to react on observed nonconformities to the written procedures and to contribute to the improvement of health, safety and the environment.
