-Processing of customer orders &order follow-up requests;

-Coordinate between customers and logistic department to arrange the delivery;

-Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to the management, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, relative the success of marketing strategies and programs for the territory

Major Duties

-Processing of customer orders &order follow-up requests;

-Coordinate between customers and logistic department to arrange the delivery;

-To ensure that customer sign delivery report and IBD posted;
确保顾客签署的交货报告和IBD的发布
-File the sales related documents to ensure the confidential company information are safely kept;

-Support site engineer to handle daily work(i.e documents,warranty support);
协助支持现场工程师处理日常的工作（即整理文档，保修支持）
-Update CRM system;
更新CRM系统
-Generate orders in SAP system

-Other duties as instructed

Competence
任职资格
-University Degree
本科学历
-Mechanical/ Engineering major preferred
机械或工程专业者优先
-Good English in writing, reading and speaking

-1-3 years of working

-Familiar with Office and other Office software;

-Auto CAD/Solid works is a plus
