Property Consultant, Tenant Representation – Commercial Services
Responsibilities
? Create and develop new office leasing business opportunities
? Complete leasing and sales transactions efficiently and professionally
? Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner, including submission of initial listings and providing market advice
? Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections
Requirements
? Degree or above in real estate, business or a related discipline
? At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or property agency
? Native English Speaker
? MRICS is preferred
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong customer-service mindset; good negotiation and influencing skills
? Self-motivated, aggressive, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
