职位描述：
Working Summary:
1. Handle all the purchasing orders and deliveries, also order handling in sap.
2. Tracking the deliveries for all the domestic suppliers, push the delivery date, catch up the supplier order fill rate.
3. Handle all the import orders, arrange the customs clearing, also order handling in sap.
4. Tracking all the deliveries for import, push the supplier to meet the requested delivery date to catch up suppliers’ order fill rate.
5. Payment arrangement for domestics suppliers& import suppliers, do the payment double check for all the import forwarders.
6. Support on demand planning related work, meet customer order fill rate monthly target, control purchasing qty and value, ensure the inventory level and healthy stock structure.
7. Arrange the new vendors & new PN set up process.
8. Support on purchasing related report & analysis
9. Support on the new SKU launch project, work with PM and purchasing manager to push the new SKU launch smoothly.
10. Take care of SAP operation, do test and user menu if needed.

Responsibility:
1. Handle all the purchasing related daily work and tracking.
2. Handle all the import tracking work, take care customs clearing work.
3. Handle demand planning, control inventory level.
4. Support on the new product launch project if needed.
5. Monitor the suppliers’ performance, set KPI tracking.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor (Major in Logistics preferred).
2. 5+year planning working experience is better.
3. Hard working, good at learning, good team work.
4. SAP experience & good Office skill are preferred.
