1. 制定客户营销战略，调整并管理潜在客户与公司战略保持一致。
2. 识别并探索发展以下领域的客户
i. Hospitals.医院
ii. Medical devices distributors. 医疗器械经销商
iii. Telemedicine companies 远程医疗公司
iv. Health Insurance companies健康保险公司
v. Pharmaceutical companies 制药公司
vi. Pharmacies & Retail Chain stores 医药零售连锁店
vii. Home care monitoring 家庭保健监护
viii. Provincial Remote monitoring projects 远程诊疗监护项目
ix. E-commerce 电商公司
3. 根据公司经营方向和当地医疗市场状况，设立销售目标。
4. 开展市场促销计划。
5. 负责指定区域／产品组合的价格战略和合同管理。
6. 设计、开发确保客户过程，积极主动开发客户支持基础系统，实施客户支持计划和程序。
7. 紧密协助Cnoga中国运营的供应环节。
8. 与客户一起组织实施当地市场促销计划。
9. 在指定区域内 树立Cnoga品牌形象，从中国医疗领域内选拔关键的代言人。

岗位要求Requirements & skills：
1. 工商管理、生命科学或工程专业的工作经验
2. 有西方教育背景更好。
3. 7～10年医疗器械和制药领域销售工作经验。
4. 个人销售业绩证明良好。
5. 演示和沟通表达能力强。
6. 汉语、英语口语和书写流利。
7. 商谈和协调能力强。
8. 有创意、自我激励、思维外向。
9. 独立工作和团队工作能力强。
10. 熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint）.
Account Sales Manager
Job description:
1. defining the customer sales strategy and aligning potential customers with Cnoga China sales strategy and manage it
2. identify and exploit growth potential within the following focus industries:
x. Hospitals.
xi. Medical devices distributors.
xii. Telemedicine companies
xiii. Health Insurance companies
xiv. Pharmaceutical companies
xv. Pharmacies & Retail Chain stores
xvi. Home care monitoring,
xvii. Provincial Remote monitoring projects
xviii. E-commerce
3. Utilizing local knowledge of the medical device market in setting sales goals and targets according to the company's management directions.
4. Developing marketing and promotion plan for customer level.
5. Responsible for pricing strategy and contractual issues for customers in the selected regions/portfolio.
6. Design, develop and ensure the quality of all customer processes and proactively develop customer support infrastructure in your regions of responsibility, develop and implement customer supports guidelines and procedures.
7. Assisting supply processes in close coordination with Cnoga medical local operations staff members.
8. Organizing local marketing and promotion activities in close cooperation with Cnoga medical customers.
9. Establish Cnoga China reputation within the designated territory by recruiting Key opinion leaders from the Chinese medical community.

Requirements & skills:
1. Experienced graduate in business administration, life science or engineering
2. Western education is an advantage.
3. 7-10 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry and/or pharmaceutical industry.
4. Proven high performance personal medical sales record of accomplishment.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Native Chinese speaker with fluent business English spoken and written.
7. Excellent negotiation and rapport building skills.
8. Idea generator, self-motivated and ability to think outside the box.
9. High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to work alone and in a team.
