岗位职责:
(a) Involved in the implementation of sales plan to develop business opportunities in China;
制定销售计划,挖掘中国的商业机会;
(b) Establish and build strong business relationships with customers and potential customers;
和客户保持良好关系并开发潜在客户;
(c) Co-ordinate and prepare RFI、 RFP and Contract as clients requested;
根据客户要求,协调并完成问卷、报价和合同;
(d) Prepare information as needed for customer and proposal meetings;
根据客户和竞标会议要求,准备相关信息;
(e) Communicate proposals and contract to customers and negotiates with customers to achieve a successful resolution;
和客户就报价、合同进行协商,推动项目的成功签署;
(f) Be responsible to prepare, coordinate and participate exhibitions and internal meetings.
负责准备、组织协调、参加各类展会和内部会议。
(g) Report to Business Development Director, finish all different work assigned by him; and guide BD Supervisor for their daily work.
向商务发展总监汇报工作,完成其交办的各项工作;指导商务发展主管的日常工作。
任职要求:
(a) Academic / Major 学历 /专业
Bachelor of Science/Life science related major, 硕士/医学、药学相关专业
(b) Working Experience 工作经验要求
At least 5 years experience in foreign pharmaceutical industry至少5年跨国制药企业行业经验。
(c) Language ability 语言能力
Proficiency in verbal/written communication in Chinese/English. 熟练应用中英文。
(d)Others 其它
Detail-oriented; 认真仔细;Team Player; 良好的合作精神;
Good presentation and negotiation skills; 良好的沟通表达和谈判技能;
Be able to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and catch deadlines. 能够同时开展多项任务并按时完成。
