职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- This position performs responsibilities in financial report and controlling area, including regular reporting & controlling, financial budget and forecast and other responsibilities required by management.
Contacts:
- Corporate functions such as Accounting, Controlling, Tax and etc., operating companies
Tasks:
- Being the interface between Division and operating companies, provide inputs for all management performance review and Budget/Plan meetings
- Provide business commentary to Division controlling on monthly basis: communicate with OC and summarize the overall financial analysis to Management and SLC controlling.
- Review cost center report on monthly basis to ensure all costs are properly booked and allocated, make sure the billing to all parties are timely and booked in correspondent account
- Check the financial report on monthly basis; ensure all financial reports are timely and accurate
- Provide various reports to related parties of SLC and SAG upon request.
- Financial budget (BTA) and Forecast
- Sales Commission and secondment fee billing and invoice handling
Experience:
- At least 3 years professional working experience in financial controlling fields
- Multinational company experience preferred.
English:
- Fluent
