职位描述
Goals/Mission
- Overall commercial and controlling responsibilities on R&D activities, including contract management, cost control and reporting
Contacts
- Internal contacts: controlling manager, managers and employees of R&D departments, relevant persons in operating companies
Tasks
- R&D contracts handling (check T&C's, communicate with SAG, SAP operation, plan/actual cost review, billing documents preparation, ICC clearing, IP registration support, stamp duty, etc.)
- Cost control (hourly rate calculation & review, timesheet checking, project cost booking, cost center expense control, cost review of SLAs from OCs)
- PO handling (purchase requisition, goods receipt, payment, etc.) - Budget and rolling forecast of R&D PCs (OI, Revenue, Cost, Profit, FCF, HC) and CCs (cost elements)
- Fixed assets (evaluation, acquisition, physical count and disposition) - Regular reports to management and project managers
Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
- Costing and contract management knowledge
- SAP SD&MM module operation
- Essential (today and in future)
- At least 3 years experience in cost analysis/control or commercial area
- At least 2 years experience of SAP SD and/or MM operation
- Better have 2- 3 years working experience with foreign customers
