PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND KEY CHALLENGES:
Primary Responsibilities:
Optoelectronics device specialist has an important role in developing key semiconductor device/process used for new type of photo sensor, especially for SiPM/SPAD devices.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Essential
？ Minimum 5 years working experience in electronic instrument design/manufacturing industry.
？ At least 2 years Project management experiences and skills.
？ Good personality and can work as a team player as well as the team leader.
？ Basic electronic design skills, can read the datasheet and schematic.
？ Good English writing/presentation skill s and has moderate level in oral English;
？ Master degree or above in Engineering

Desirable
？ Background in X-Ray digital camera or similar imaging detector system design.
？ Knowledge of X-Ray imaging system design and validation.
？ AutoCAD design and PCB Layout skill.
？ Project management certification by recognized international institute

Qualifications
? Master or higher degree in Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor and Microelectronics, or equivalent.
? 5 or more years’ experience in semiconductor photo sensor devices research, including material/device design, process and characterization.

KEY RESULT AREA
        Work in custom product modification projects
？ Prepare project plan and budget
？ Design the custom products
？ Source and purchase parts for the custom products
？ Build the custom products
？ Perform sufficient testing and verification of the custom products, and prepare testing and verification reports
？ Ensure the quality of custom products to be shipped to customer
？ As applicable, do the installation of the custom product to the customer site
？ As applicable, do customer training and after installation support to the customer
？ Perform the Milestone and Tollgate reviews per procedure
？ Track resources and budget
Work as assembly and test engineer
？ Responsible for assembly the custom product in some projects if needed
？ Responsible for design verification test in some projects if needed
Other
？ Undertakes special projects and other duties as assigned.
？ Support responsibility to all functional managers.
？ Technical support for PQE in production transfer training and product quality problem troubleshooting. 举报 分享
