- Support E W APAC BD with analyis and planning that form the basis of strategic decisions made by APAC management, while also supporting division BD processes such as Market Evaluation Process, Markttag and Strategy Review

Mission
- Support E W APAC BD director to
- Develop market intelligence (country, competitor, customer) and perform analysis (market & pricing development) as a basis for APAC strategic decisions
- Co-develop new market, customer and business model
- Execute strategic planning (market evaluation, strategy review, etc.) and other (win/loss analysis) processes

Dimensions
- Reporting directly to BD director
- Managing various types of projects and processes, including benchmarking, startegy review, etc

Tasks:
- Implement, run and improve competitor intelligence and monitoring process
- Implement, run and improve the process of customer profiling for E R WP AP customers
- Prepare and/or update the APAC market booklet including the country assessments
- Drive the strategic planning processes together witth the E W APAC heads and DCLs in the APAC clusters and in alignment with E W BD, E W APAC BD and other segments
- Implement, run and improve the Win/Loss analysis process as part of the Sales process in co-operation witth APAC sales
- Co-develop new markets regarding business scope, new geographic markets, business models and new customers.

Requirements:
- Strong background in Business Administration, incl. Sales & Marketing, Controlling & Finance
- >5 years experience in managing processes, projects or assignments in business development, strategy or similar. - Proven ability to manage and motivate people successfully in projects or cross-functional teams, based on influence and convincing skills
- Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and backgrounds, preferrably with experience of working in a foreign country and in an international team relevant for APAC region.

Additional Requirements:
- Regional working experience from APAC including China and India. Experience in Siemens Business development and analysis
- Preferred: Experience from wind sector and knowledge of wind turbine technology and the application hereof.
