工作概要 Job Summary
负责每天对客户现场信息的搜集、整理（包括客户退货数量、客户抱怨、Audit质量数据、返修、零公里缺陷数等），并及时向客户质量工程师进行汇报。
针对现场出现的质量问题第一时间采取遏制措施。对可返修产品进行现场返修或在仓库内进行返修。对退货产品进行隔离、标识，并初步判断缺陷模式。
Take responsibility to collect customer’s on-site information everyday (including customer’s rejection quantity, customer’s complaint, Audit quality data, repair, zero defect number, etc), and timely report to quality management engineer. Take containment actions to quality issue on time. Make repair on site or in depository to the production, which can be repaired. Isolate and identify to rejected production, initially judge defect mode.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 每天到客户现场了解产品装车质量情况，包括流水线装配、客户终检、AUDIT打分的情况。每天收集客户流水线上反馈的产品质量情况，并做详细记录，包括缺陷模式、数量、反映问题的部门人员、缺陷责任等；
Know production quality on vehicle assembly at customer’s site everyday, including production line assembly, customer’s ultimate inspection, AUDIT grade. Collect production quality feedback from customer’s production line, and make specific record, including defect mode, quantity, dept personnel reflecting problem, defect responsibility, etc.
2. 对客户流水线上发现的可返修产品进行及时返修或调换以满足客户及时装车需要，并记录缺陷模式及数量；
Timely repair or exchange the production which can be repaired, and discovered on the customer’s production line, to meet customer’s timely vehicle assembly need, and record defect mode and quantity.
3. 对售后市场问题件领取和确认（如需）
Check market return parts if need.
4. 及时了解客户生产动态，并进行及时反馈，包括客户新产品装车情况、客户停线等；
Timely know customer’s production trends, and feedback, including customer’s vehicle assembly of new production, customer stop production.
5. 每天向客户质量工程师汇报客户现场的质量情况。
Daily report the customer line status to customer quality engineer.
6 及时了解反馈产品包装、运输、搬运、到箱时发现的问题；
Timely feedback discovered problems of packaging, transportation, storage.
7. 彻公司质量、环境、安全方针，执行相关程序文件，遵守公司安全规章制度，按定置管理图的要求摆放物品。
Carry out quality, environmental and safety policy, implement related procedure document, obey safety regulation, dispose things according to requirement of disposited management chart.
7..完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作和任务。
Complete each work and task contemporarily assigned by superior leader.

较强的发现问题、分析问题能力；较强的人际关系处理能力和团队工作能力。
Better capability to discover and analyze problem, better capability to dispose personal relationship and group working ability.
资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:
教育：中专、技校或同等学历。（机械、化工等专业）
Education: technical secondary school or equivalent certification (major in mechanism, chemistry)

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.
Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
