职位描述
Responsibilities:
1- Send Quality and Health and Safety questionnaire to the suppliers, and evaluate the response
2- Evaluate the suppliers' manufacturing quality assurance plan
3- Define, plan and perform Quality and Health and Safety audits
4- Document performed supplier audits, correction agreements, first article inspection, etc. according to PRO 03.01.
5- Define restriction in deliveries from a specified supplier.
6- Coordinate and clarify the deviations from the specifications that Siemens Wind Power can approve. Example: Different standards, different tests than specified
7- Quality and Technical follow-up at the supplier and "root cause analysis", on materials and components for the blades.
8- Define, plan and perform Quality and Health and Safety reaudits
9- Assist in clarifying Non conformance reports (NCR)
10- EHS roles and responsibility see Matrix
Required:
1- Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering. 5 years' experience in blade engineering including production/process quality and /or Quality Management/ISO Systems.
2- Experience in quality management/assurance processes and in supplier related function areas.
3- Demonstrate international cultural knowledge , and networking and teambuilding skills
4- Web based communication system regarding qualification documentation (Share point)
5- English and Chinese language skills , fluently in both speaking and writing
