职位描述：
missions（任务）:
1: to run cnc machine and create cnc program
手动编程并操作cnc加工中心或者车铣中心。
2: assure product quality
检验加工零件尺寸，确保零件品质合格。

responsibilities（职责）:
1 responsible to run cnc milling or turning center (3 axes, 4 axes and 5 axes)
负责操作cnc加工中心或者车铣中心（三轴，四轴或者五轴）
2 responsible to optimize manufacturing parameters, for instance, optimize cutting speed, feedrate , insert and so on.
负责二维编程，数控化加工参数（主轴转速，进给速度等）
3 according to quality policy, to inspect product and make sure product quality.
根据品质要求，检验品质，确保加工产品品质合格。
5 to create two-dimensional nc program and adjust it on machine.
根据工程图，二维编程并调试加工。
6 work with the other colleges to improve process.
和同事一起协作，改善加工流程。

re-requirements（要求）:
education（教育）:
certificate in mechanical school
机械，数控或者模具设计相关专业。
或者国家全日制大学本科理工科类应届毕业生。

experience(经验):
at least 2 years experience in machinery manufacturing area,
or this year's graduates with bachelor's degree.
中技或者高中毕业，至少2年工作经验。
或者国家全日制大学本科应届毕业生。

competences / specific knowledge（其他能力）:
can read and understand blue print.
能看懂并理解三视图。
the experience both in operating mazark machine
and programming system is a plus
有mazak机床2d编程和操作经验者优先。
