机械专业，中专或以上学历
至少4年大型机械制造行业设备维护经验；至少3年设备维护实践经验；熟悉车间机械设备原理及特点
熟练识别机械图纸，能够手工绘图，能够使用CAD尤佳。
熟悉机械设备的工作原理及其结构特点
动手能力强，能够独立维修简单的机械故障。
岗位职责：
按照设备维护流程，对设备进行维修维护，保证设备良好运行。
负责生产车间设备的应急维修，通过设备报修单，及时完成解决设备故障
根据维修文件，按时完成预防性维护工作，及时提交月度/季度维护表单，设备的日常巡检工作，发现问题，及时解决。
根据设备运行情况，提出设备备件采购建议，确保设备备件的库存。
在装备上提供技术支持,解决设备上出现的机械问题，配合电气方面的维护和维修。
有焊工本者尤佳。
