职位描述：
1. 负责支持生化组leader进行日常工作事务的处理；
Assist the biochemical group leader in group daily management work.
2. 遵守实验室质控要求，包括完整的文件记录及实验室相关的实验指南和程序，负责组内质控及实间质控比对任务，作为患者样本以同样的方式进行专业测试，跟踪结果，解决任何不准确的分析结果；
Adheres to the laboratory’s Quality Control policies, including proper documentation and adherence to all laboratory protocols and procedures. Be responsible for the biochemical group intra-lab Quality Control and inter-lab comparison assessment; performs proficiency testing in the same manner as patient samples and participate in follow up to resolve any inaccurate results.
3. 提供测试的咨询服务，包括测试的选择，测试服务的应用及实验室数据的解读；
To provide the consulting service of test selection, medical testing service application and lab explanation for experimental data.
4. 负责组内问题的解决，对相关部门的问题进行回应，解释及培训；
Be responsible for the group problem solving and reply, explains and trains the professional issues to the relevant personnel.
5. 独立参与问题的预防及纠正措施，采取合适方法予以解决；
Anticipates and prevents problems independently by taking corrective actions before crises occur; takes appropriate steps to resolve.
6. 审核及确认专业组报告，处理异常结果，确保从医学测试角度的正确性和接受性；
Checks and confirms the group reports, handles the abnormal results, to ensure the correctness and acceptance from the medical testing perspective.
7. 负责新项目、技术转产项目的建立，包括仪器的采购计划等，掌握实验室基本技能，设备启动，日常维护及关闭的技能；
Be responsible for establish the new project, technical transformation project, equipment purchasing plan. Demonstrates knowledge of basic laboratory skills, equipment startup, daily maintenance and shutdown.
8. 遵照主管的安排，与实验室其他专业组及其他部门保持良好沟通；
Follows the supervisor’s arrangement; Demonstrates effective communication between other clinical lab departments as well as external departments.
9. 负责为新员工准备并实施培训，能力确认，并提供核准的实验室记录；
Designs and handles all training of new employees within their section in areas of proven competency, as approved and documented by the laboratory.
10. 监测库存需求并采取合理行动；
Monitors inventory requirements and take appropriate action.
11. 上级分配的其他任务。

2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
