职位描述
Mission of Function
- A balancing engineer represents a competent partner in all areas associated with balancing of turbines and generators and other large rotating equipment during new installation and service outages.

- District Office, Site lead, Commissioning lead, Engineering design departments, Product lines, Field engineers
Tasks:
- Performs specialised, engineer level work in the field in one or more of the defined specialty tasks
- Effectively identifies technical or schedule problems as they occur and takes appropriate actions to resolve including escalation of more complex issues to a higher level
- Provides expert advice and technical assistance to support staff and subordinate technicians
- Provides all required documentation and reports in a timely manner and according to procedure
- Performs measurements and compile records in order to document condition of equipment and assure quality
- Prepares and executes tests in order to proof operational readiness
- Works closely with site leads, supervisors, and fellow employees and assist them in meeting customer needs
- Performs day to day activities as part of a team or as a stand alone function
Requirements:
- General Power Plant Know How, preferable gas or steam turbine knowledge
- Relevant technical product & service knowledge
- Relevant Energy Service Product and Solution Portfolio
- Relevant IT-Applications
- Problem solving techniques
- Corporate Governance
- Field Service reporting and technical documentation
- Continuous Improvement (Process Improvement)
- HSE procedures and regulations

- English language or/and further languages

- Internal regulations, processes and procedures
- Experience in Field Service (new plants/maintenance) and turbine generator balancing.
- Knowledge of Power Plant industry.
- Experience in collaboration with multi-cultural teams, working in different cultures
