You will report to Business Development manager, duties include but not limited to as following:
1. To promote and develop company brand in China mainland for both local and MNC projects/clients.
2. To identify projects and business opportunities and cooperate together with sales team, agents and distributors to close the deal.
3. To establish, maintain and improve long-term relationships with end users, Leasing companies, Design companies, PMs and Contractors.
4. To identify needs, collect detailed project information, devise customized approach.
5. To establish marketing plan and marketing strategies in order to promote company brand in the industry.
6. To prepare Sales proposal to customer and working as a team member for mock up and development if in need.
7. Review tender documents to evaluate feasibility, cost estimates and technical details if in need.
8. Produce relevant descriptions, specifications, programs and other supporting documents for tenders or contracts if in need.
9. Cooperate and assistant dealers in Marketing activities.
10. Always react to difficult situation with a problem solving and diplomatic approach remembering the importance of the Client/Architect/Contractor for our future work
11. Adopt a positive and constructive attitude to your work and generally strive to maintain or improve the efficiency and smooth running of your operating group and the company as a whole.
Qualities:
1. BBA with minimum 2 years working experience, ideally in interior construction business.
2. Open and sociable character, we need a team player with good manners.
3. Self-disciplined and well organized, well in details.
4. Fluent in English.
