职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. Plan timely purchase of the raw materials, manage the raw materials inventory level to optimize service levels and minimize working capital. Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents in order to co-ordinate purchasing activities with the organization's current and anticipated demand for goods and materials. Manage and control ECN materials’ switchover smoothly.
2. Release purchase order to suppliers based on materials planning and materials request application, follow up purchase orders confirmation and delivery as promised lead time. Track short materials and push suppliers delivery in order to meet requirement of production and customers. Communicate status of orders with internal customers
3. Manage relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate and monitor the supplier performance of delivery ,quality and service. Take appropriate action in order to ensure the supplier performance compliance to company needs and targets;
4. Apply approval of purchase price in according with the last version price list from supplier, check prices of every orders and invoices in order to ensure the prices are same as quoted;
5. Assess supplier's products to ensure they that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards. Handle claim of quality problems and delivery shortage caused by suppliers in order to satisfy with clients.
6. Issue payment to suppliers according to due date on Invoice in order to ensure correct payment date..
7. Maintain the qualified suppliers information and approved price list in ERP system in order to ensure system compliance;
8. Provide updated PO status report in order to ensure the relative department could be keep informed. Prepare report and keep records of purchase orders for purchase management.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in economics, foreign trade or enginery
2. Proficient in using ERP/SAP system
3. Good computer skills of MS office
4. Relevant 2 years working experiences/knowledge with purchasing in manufacturing industries;
5. Good experience in interacting with all levels of management internally as well as in the various suppliers organization
6. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
7. Good knowledge on material planning, inventory control,supplier management
8. Can perform the tasks with limited support from the supervisor
