Position Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs to increase the effectiveness of field sales and channel in growing their business. Responsible for lead generation and awareness programs targeting prospects and customers in the region. Create and execute marketing programs, analysis, tracking and reporting for field marketing initiatives across the region.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
o Work closely with the Citrix cross functional team to define regional marketing goals and objectives, design and execute Marketing Programs in line with strategic business objectives and Marketing Communication Plan,
o Effective marketing program planning that aligns to business strategy of Mainland China and other GC regions if and when required.
o Develop marketing programs that generate demand for Mainland China and other GC regions if and when required
? Citrix-led Events: Citrix Day, Roadshow
? High-Touch/Executive Program: CIO Roundtable, Sponsor CIO Forum
? Industry Events/Tradeshows
o Align regional channel & end user quarterly program strategy to ensure that regional messaging is consistent
o Develop & implement B2B digital/web & social media campaigns that include SEO, SEM, Paid Social, drive engagement and generate demand
o Evaluate and report on program effectiveness with lead management team
o Work with 3rd party companies for effective and efficient use of resources
o Support global web team to maintain China and Taiwan website, be positive advisor for localized website content
o Responsible for management & administration of purchase orders & budget reporting
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
? Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects at a time
? Proven ability to work well with cross function team. Close attention to detail with emphasis on meeting critical deadlines
? Excellent communication skills
? Digital Marketing expertise, familiar with driving demand and programs through WeChat and other digital tools.
? Expertise in SFDC
? Budget Control Skills
? Objective Oriented and Flexible Thinker
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
? Bachelor degree, MBA is plus
? 7+ year experience in marketing communications / field marketing in IT and MNC company
? Digital Marketing, Seminar / Exhibition Management and SFDC expertise
? Ability to understand a variety of IT technologies
? Good understandings of Database Management
? Good at English
? Be positive and pro-active in cross functional communication
