Job Purpose:

- HQ support of the Implement the strategic product development and operations plan which underpins the overall Learning Hub business plan, including supporting marketing and communication teams in RICS Asia
- Support the language localization for the online product when required
- Provide support to the local China offices guaranteeing the global delivery process and best practice
- Provide support to the head of Learning Hub in delivering the Learning Hub offer
- Support the OLA team in the creation of areas or courses related to the region
- Provide product QA including localisation where appropriate
- Create and maintain a central repository of training contents and working procedures
- Support the head of Learning Hub with the preparation and implementation of the annual product release plan


Key Achievements & Responsibilities:

- By supporting the identifying gaps in the market place and working with the global team building the RICS brand and revenue
- By significantly contributing to increase the availability of quality learning, have a direct impact on increasing members numbers
- By guarantee the product QA provide a consistent and quality approach to the local marketplace for training programmes
- By building comprehensive knowledge of other learning being a pivotal role between the region and the HQ


Experience Required:

- A graduate with understanding of the fundamentals of developing, managing and delivering learning content both face to face and online learning
- A graduate fluent in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of the mainland China real estate, property and construction industry
- Willing to increase the personal knowledge in the built environment topics training himself or herself
- Familiar with the dynamics of membership’s organizations (previous experience will be considered as a plus)
- Experienced in commercial training need analysis in the provision both of public courses and in-house solution
- Highly IT literate with experience in learning management systems 举报 分享
