Drinking Buddies is a craft beer club and distributor, importing unique beers from microbreweries around the world. All the beers we import are not available anywhere else in China.

We’re looking for an energetic sales manager to help produce, manage and drive our marketing initiatives to result in sales growth.

We are a startup, so you must be willing to get your hands dirty, keen to offer ideas, and able to be a self-starter irrespective of your area of focus. We are looking for applicants who are not just excited by their role, but excited about joining a young company early on and shaping your role and the company from the start.

General Responsibilities
? Selling craft beer; driving growth through memberships and beer sales.
? Work towards sales targets each month
? Account management; building and maintaining relationships with new and existing retailers
? Credibly talk and answer questions about our craft beers; ensure a high standard of service
? Identify and implement sales strategies, and campaigns

Experience/Requirements
? Experience in F&B and sales is a plus
? A passion for craft beer, and a willingness to learn more!
? Ability to take initiative, entrepreneurial and work with a limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish mutual goals
? Native Chinese, English is a plus
? Excellent attention to detail, organized
? Strong communication skills and a very friendly, charismatic personality
? Ability to lift a carton of beer (24 bottles)
? Understanding that candidate may need to work “non-traditional” hours due to industry, and may be required to travel

Please note, all candidates will be required to do a rotation of labeling, packing and shipping to get an understanding of the foundations on which the company runs.

Qualifications:
? College/University Undergraduate Degree required in relevant area
