Reporting to the China Finance Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll payment processing, including calculations and payment for China Branches, with close collaboration with HR
Manage and work closely with HR and outsourced payroll service providers on IIT filing for China employees and Expats.
Ensure payroll is processed, reviewed and accounted for in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with local statutory regulations and company policies
Manage payroll tax & compliance matters relating to payroll, including submission of periodic statutory filings to relevant authorities, ensure proper reporting for income tax (including flexi-benefits, ESPP etc.) and liaise with relevant authorities as and when required
Liaise with HR, Global Sales Incentive Shared Service (SISC) and various stakeholders on commission payment
Administration of employee stock purchase plan (ESPP/RSU) where applicable
Manage monthly payroll journal entry and support payroll accounts reconciliation
First point of contact for inquiries from employees on payroll matters
Support audit requests both internal and external
Provide support on HC budget, forecast and BvA analysis.
Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required


Pre-requisites:
Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years’ payroll experience in MNC
Exposure in Shared Service is a plus;
Knowledge of Platinum software is an advantage
Able to work independently and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll related documentation / information
Possess sound payroll functional knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with high level of integrity and positive working attitude
Proficient in MS Excel and Word 举报 分享
