职位描述：
The Application Support candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting the development/test/production lifecycle of large-scale J2EE based strategic application.
The role and responsibilities include experience with installation and configuration of JBoss or Weblogic application servers in both clustered and non-clustered configurations, maintenance and support of J2EE based applications, deploying code modules to application servers using automation tools/scripts, triaging environmental issues and extending automation scripts as required.
Education -B.S. Degree required.
Experience -2 - 5years of IT experience with at least 3 years of working experience in supporting production application environment.
Extensive Experience in:
? Enterprise monitoring tools
? Administering J2EE based application server.
? Administering Apache web servers
? Documenting and maintaining up-to-date support documents
? Performance tuning
? ask Automation
Exposure / some experience in:
? Application code release management in co-ordination with release management group
? Previous J2EE development experience is a plus
? Basic networking knowledge
? Disaster recovery support in co-ordination with operations group
? Adherence to change management process
? Capacity modeling/planning
Competencies
A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills. The person should be able to work closely with customers (internal and external), as well as onsite and offshore team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and customer relationship building. Requires an excellent understanding of the full software lifecycle, including functional requirement gathering, design and development, testing of software applications and documenting requirements and technical specifications and the ability to work with BA’s, architects and system analysts. Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality of deliverables. Solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Good writing and communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to act as technical lead and lead developer for assigned projects. 举报 分享
