PR & Social Media Manager

With football currently ‘hot’ and enjoying unprecedented government support, ClubFootball is seeking a full-time PR & Social Media Manager to drive the club’s PR & student recruitment activities across the full range of available platforms. The successful candidate will work with senior management to develop and enhance the club’s online and offline presence to grow the club’s junior football network.

Responsibilities

● Work with senior management to set the club’s PR plan and objectives.
● Ensure the club’s websites accurately represent the club’s desired online profile and are fully updated on an ongoing basis (new site launching shortly).
● Produce & disseminate content and PR materials of a high standard.
● Develop, enhance and oversee the club’s presence on social media.
● Plan and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost student recruitment numbers.
● Identify, meet and develop relationships with on and offline promotional partners.
● Assist club management in developing long-term media partnerships
● Maintain, develop and liaise with the club’s database of media contacts to promote club events & activities in relevant local & national media
● Monitor, collect, log and evaluate (where possible) third party media coverage and notify sponsors & partners of the exposure as appropriate
● Produce and/or translate other club materials and communications, such as press releases, introductory presentations, brochures etc.

Requirements

Candidates should be able to work from home and attend regular scheduled meetings which can be arranged to fit in with their personal timetable.

● 1-2+ years related PR/social media experience
● University graduate
● Excellent English reading and writing skills
● Excellent command of written Chinese with the ability to write in a distinctive, entertaining yet professional style advantageous
● Good computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet browsing and e-mail). Knowledge of HTML is also advantageous
● Very well-organized, self-motivated, efficient and punctual with high-attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team
● Must possess the ability to handle a wide range of projects across a number of fields while maintaining high-standards of professionalism.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly & approachable with an ability to quickly develop relationships and strengthen them going forward
● Candidates must be comfortable working in an international environment and dealing with people from all countries and backgrounds
● A passion for football is advantageous!

工作职责

● 与管理层合作制定俱乐部的公关计划和目标。
● 在新建立的网站基础上，根据公司业务发展方向确保俱乐部网站内容及时准确更新
● 根据公司业务需求制作精良的宣传册与公关材料。
● 提升、加强与监督俱乐部公共媒体的宣传导向。
● 制定全方位的社会媒体公关策略，提升学员招募数量。
● 寻求、发展并建立线下推广合作伙伴关系
● 协助俱乐部加强与管理长期媒体伙伴关系
● 维护、发展并联络俱乐部的媒体资料库的客户，以促进俱乐部与本地及全国相关媒体的活动合作
● 收集，记录和评估（如可能）第三方媒体的报道，并酌情通知赞助商以及合作伙伴。
● 制作和/或翻译其他俱乐部材料和宣传资料，如新闻高，宣传单页、小册子等。

职位要求

获聘者应能够无论在办公室或者在家都能够工作，并应能够因参加理会而求改其个人的时间表。

● 1-2年或以上相关的公关/社会媒体工作经验
● 本科以及上学历
● 极强的英语交流与写作能力
● 极强的中文写作功底，能够出色完成公文所需内容。
● 具有良好的电脑办公技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint,网页浏览以及邮件），会使用HTML者优先。
● 条理清楚，能够自我激励， 高效准时，注重细节。能够独立在一个团队中完成工作。
● 必须具有多个领域同时以高水准的专业能力处理各种项目的能力。
● 优秀的人际交往能力，友善随和，能够快速与对方建立联系并发展推进。
● 能够很好地适应国际化办公环境，能够与不同国籍、不同文化背景的人沟通交流。

Established in 2001, China ClubFootball (WGQX) is Beijing’s first grassroots football joint-venture company, and one of the biggest football networks in China.

Our core business is our range of junior football products and services which include junior coaching programmes, coach education courses, and football tours to the UK. Junior coaching programmes operate in 25 locations across Beijing & Tianjin for children aged 4 to 16 years old and are taught by our team of 12 highly-qualified, full-time, international coaches from the UK. Coach education courses are run in conjunction with the English Premier League and British Council in cities across China, and ClubFootball tours take youngsters to the UK to train with professional clubs including Liverpool, and Fulham.
