职位描述：
工作职责
配合集团公司构建高端健康管理事业部。
1、负责对健康管理事业部定位、战略发展方向、盈利模式向集团提出建议和意见；
2、负责健康管理市场分析，制定业长期、中期、短期的发展战略和目标；
3、负责组织架构设立，负责健康管理事业部各业务版块的筹建工作，包括合作资源嫁接，相关部门协调沟通，品牌建设、运营体系建设、队伍建设、项目规划、设计及后期运营管理；
4、负责建立各业务版块相关制度、流程及标准的制定和执行；
5、搜集整理行业信息，根据用户需求，优化健康管理产品，优化服务质量；
6、合理制定流程，根据体检实际需求，对医护人员进行合理岗位调配；
7、负责制定年度发展目标和具体经营计划，并对项目的运营过程进行控制；
8、负责董事会决策事项的沟通汇报，完成董事会交办的其他工作。

任职资格
1、年龄32—45岁，医学、营销、管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上相关业务全面管理经验或企业负责人工作经历；
3、热爱健康事业，对行业有一定的系统化认识，了解康养市场行情；
4、良好的领导力、团队协作与培养团队的能力；
5、 具有较强的计划决策、组织协调和统筹能力，善于处理和利用行业资源背景及外联能力；
5、良好的沟通协调能力、组织协调能力，工作计划及目标拟定、监督能力。 举报 分享
